We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you’re not completely satisfied with your GraceLight Angel Wall Light, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll ship a free replacement immediately — no return required.

How to request a refund: Email us with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving your request.
